Age Requirements:
Participants must be at least 13 years old to register. There is no limit on adult ages. Classes are divided by age and level
of technique.
AD DEUM SUMMER INTENSIVE The
Summer Dance Intensive is a truly unique event. It offers excellence in dance training and provides a place for dancers to
grow spiritually in their understanding and awareness of honoring God with their lives and talents. Randall Flinn is the Artistic Director of Ad Deum Dance Company.
Mr. Flinn has served as a guest choreographer and teacher for Cirque Du Soleil-Alegria, Ballet Magnificat, The Houston Ballet
Academy, Hillsong Sydney, Lakewood Church Houston, Houston's High School for Performing Arts, Houston Met Dance Co., Project
Dance NYC, LA and Sydney, Belhaven College, Xaris Danz Europe, Guandong Modern Dance Company-China, Hong Kong Ballet, Storling
Dance Theatre and North Harris Performing Art's Revolve Dance Co. Randall's faith in Jesus Christ has given new
meaning and purpose to his life and his work. Auditions for Ad Deum's Trainee and Apprentice Programs are held

Saturday August 2nd. Departure Saturday August 9th
Arrival/Departure Airport and Van Shuttle SDI provides our own private round trip shuttle services for Bush Intercontinental
(IAH) only (no Hobby Airport shuttling). Modes of transportation from Houston Hobby include Houston Metro or taxi services
to IAH where you can meet with our vans. Our Airport Van Shuttle service is available to pick up arriving participants between
10:00am-10:00pm
only on Saturday, August 2nd. On Saturday August 9th, IAH airport departure shuttle vans will run from 7:00am-1pm only. To secure this service, please send us your complete flight information by July 15th (keeping in mind shuttle
hours when booking your flight). If you choose to arrive/depart before or after our scheduled times, you are responsible for
your own transportation. Shuttle service also includes daily transport from hotel to dance center and/ or event sites for
the cost of $50 per person. We recommend car rental participants who prefer to have more flexibility in their travel plans.
Curriculum Information and Placement Class Ballet and Modern/Contemporary Dance classes are the two focused dance majors along with a wide array of various
dance-style electives. Your technical level will be determined by the faculty during the Sunday morning placement class which
consists of barre work, ballet and modern dance combinations. If you are unable to arrive in time for the Sunday morning placement
class, the first class on Monday will be used to determine your placement level. Classes will be divided into Beginner,
Intermediate, and Advanced/Professional, grouped according to age and level of technique. You are free to choose your own afternoon elective classes.
Electives include Jazz, Hip-Hop and Urban Dance, Pointe, Variations, Choreography & Composition, Mime, Tap, Musical Theatre Dance, Worship Dance, Acting for Dancers, Stage Combat, Art Talks, and a whole lot more!

15th for either double (2 queen beds) or king rooms, and will allow up to four people in a room. To insure the
special rate, tell the reservation agent that you are booking for the "group block" Summer Dance Intensive. RESERVE
EARLY TO GUARANTEE SPACE. Hotel Roommate
Plan If you are in need of roommates to help share the
costs of rooms, we will assist in matching you up with up to three other participants (four in a room total). Please check
the appropriate box on the registration form. Roommates will split the $80 plus tax (nightly rate) and may pay individually
at the hotel desk by cash or credit card. You must present your credit card upon check in or pay cash in advance for the number
of nights you will be staying. Once we have matched you with the number of requested roommates we will contact you by e-mail
and one of the roommates must secure the room with a credit card to hold reservation till arrival.

Everyone will need a pair of ballet and jazz shoes. Tap or pointe
shoes are needed for those selecting these electives. Females: Modestly designed leotards and tights are acceptable for all dance
classes. Coverings such as T-shirts and shorts are permitted, though various instructors may have certain preferences.
Men: T-shirts, black tights or jazz/ sweat pants. No shorts to be worn in dance class.
